Psalm 37 of David
1Do not fret because of evil menor be envious of those who do wrong;
2for like the grass they will soon wither,like green plants they will soon die away.
3Trust in the Lord and do good;dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4Delight yourself in the Lordand he will give you the desires of your heart.
5Commit your way to the Lord;trust in him and he will do this:
6He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
7Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him;do not fret when men succeed in their ways,when they carry out their wicked schemes.
8Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;do not fret—it leads only to evil.
9For evil men will be cut off,but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.
10A little while, and the wicked will be no more;though you look for them, they will not be found.
11But the meek will inherit the landand enjoy great peace.
12The wicked plot against the righteousand gnash their teeth at them;
13but the Lord laughs at the wicked,for he knows their day is coming.
14The wicked draw the swordand bend the bowto bring down the poor and needy,to slay those whose ways are upright.
15But their swords will pierce their own hearts,and their bows will be broken.
16Better the little that the righteous havethan the wealth of many wicked;
17for the power of the wicked will be broken,but the Lord upholds the righteous.
18The days of the blameless are known to the Lord,and their inheritance will endure forever.
19In times of disaster they will not wither;in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.
20But the wicked will perish:The Lord's enemies will be like the beauty of the fields,they will vanish—vanish like smoke.
21The wicked borrow and do not repay,but the righteous give generously;
22those the Lord blesses will inherit the land,but those he curses will be cut off.
23If the Lord delights in a man's way,he makes his steps firm;
24though he stumble, he will not fall,for the Lord upholds him with his hand.
25I was young and now I am old,yet I have never seen the righteous forsakenor their children begging bread.
26They are always generous and lend freely;their children will be blessed.
27Turn from evil and do good;then you will dwell in the land forever.
28For the Lord loves the justand will not forsake his faithful ones.They will be protected forever,but the offspring of the wicked will be cut off;
29the righteous will inherit the landand dwell in it forever.
30The mouth of the righteous man utters wisdom,and his tongue speaks what is just.
31The law of his God is in his heart;his feet do not slip.
32The wicked lie in wait for the righteous,seeking their very lives;
33but the Lord will not leave them in their poweror let them be condemned when brought to trial.
34Wait for the Lordand keep his way.He will exalt you to inherit the land;when the wicked are cut off, you will see it.
35I have seen a wicked and ruthless manflourishing like a green tree in its native soil,
36but he soon passed away and was no more;though I looked for him, he could not be found.
37Consider the blameless, observe the upright;there is a future for the man of peace.
38But all sinners will be destroyed;the future of the wicked will be cut off.
39The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
40The Lord helps them and delivers them;he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,because they take refuge in him.

enJoyIng PAST, NOW, FUTURE

These past few weeks I have learned a lot. I used to think my life really sucked big time until I met a friend whose life was much worst than mine. We all have our trying times, times where we feel like giving up totally.
Ever so often we cringe over our past and worry so much about our future that we often forget about
NOW.
The Past happened so that we would learn from it and would strive harder to have a better future. The Past would show u how lucky you are to enjoy what u are having now. The more painful your Past was the more you will be motivated, Just dun allow your Past to eat your soul up and force u to make mistakes over again and again. Just understand the Law of the Universe. Whoever or whatever that caused u pain, the pain shall return to where it came from, BUT the Pain can only return once you've learn to let Pain go. Its not easy to do but you have to be strong, pull yourself up, try your very best and if you ever need support, look for God or your friends our your family or all 3 for support. If not come to me and we shall journey together. Remember, You are never alone in this world. You’re a beautiful wonderful being and only u have the power to make yourself happy.
NOWonly happens once. Learn to slow down a bit and enjoy every single moment. Cherish and feel with all your heart and soul every emotions that you feel
NOW. A beautiful NOW shall become a Wonderful PAST. You decide NOW how wonderful a Past you're gonna Have. Savor every moment with your loved ones, doing whole heartedly, with all your might. NOW does not last forever but PAST does. With NOW you only get ONE chance to get things right. No point regretting in the FUTURE for not having a wonderful PAST because you failed to treasure NOW. Dun be stingy with your thank you, and I love you. Once NOW is gone it will never come back. With NOW you are given the gift to have a wonderful PAST and a Bright FUTURE.
Dun worry about FUTURE too much until you forget to cherish
NOW. FUTURE will eventually come but how it arrives depends on what you do
NOW. Do plan your FUTURE but not until the extent whereby u forget about
NOW. Nothing in life is as wonderful as what you are experiencing
NOW. Don't let the Pain you experience
NOWruin your FUTURE. Remember Pain = Lessons Learnt. Don't let yourself fall into the cycle of life whereby Pain appears again and again without you Learning.
Choose to Heal yourself, confront your demons, voice out your hurt. I know u say it wont make any difference but trust me, it will. It will break u down to pieces, it will hurt you so much till u wish like dying all over again, but when its all over and u realised u have loved ones around you, then u shall start to enjoy your PAST, NOW, FUTURE
