Your Light

I started my journey today in darkness

Everything around me dark and quiet

sad and empty

But as I continue my journey now,

I'm witnessing God's love and Miracle

The darkness is slowly fading away,

Being taken over by light.

The light which promises a beautiful day,

filled with happiness and love.


I feel like this is exactly like my life,

It used to be dark before I met you

Now you are my light

You are my love

God's love thru you

gives me happiness


Every day I wake up and I wait for you darling,

my special sunrise, to make my day bright

I love you so much.
